Our standard cleaning service includes:

• Dusting: Walls, skirting boards, surfaces, doors, door frames, windowsills, wardrobe and cabinet doors, lamps, and electrical outlets.
• Wiping: Interior and exterior of wardrobes, cabinets, bookshelves, floor rails for sliding doors, and radiators.
• Vacuuming: Floors, carpets, and upholstery.
• Floor Cleaning: Mopping.
• Other: Mirror polishing, ash removal from tiled stoves and fireplaces, and wiping of front doors.

In addition to the general cleaning, we provide the following in bathrooms:

• Surface Cleaning: Cleaning of walls and floors, cleaning the faucet and basin.
• Fixture Cleaning: Polishing faucets, pipes, and shower nozzles; degreasing and descaling shower area walls and joints (where possible); cleaning the floor drain; and cleaning the toilet.
• Bath/Shower Cleaning: Cleaning the shower or bathtub (customer to remove the bathtub front).
• Appliance Cleaning: Cleaning the exterior of bathroom appliances, the washing machine’s detergent holder, and the tumble dryer filter.
• Cabinet Cleaning: Cleaning the interior and exterior of the bathroom cabinet.

In addition to the general cleaning, we provide the following in kitchens:

• Appliance Cleaning: Interior and exterior cleaning of the fridge, freezer, stove, oven (including plates and grilles), microwave, and dishwasher (including the rubber strip, detergent compartment, and filter).
• Cabinet & Drawer Cleaning: Interior and exterior cleaning of cupboards, shelves, and drawers.
• Surface Cleaning: Cleaning of the backsplash, under cabinets (where accessible) and wiping bases, sink, faucet, stopper, and strainer.
• Waste Disposal: Emptying and cleaning the rubbish bin.
• Fan Cleaning: Cleaning the kitchen fan and fan filter (excluding the carbon filter).

• We provide thorough window cleaning, including both sides of the panes.
• Skylights that rotate on an axis are included. Please note: We cannot clean windows requiring access from the roof.
• We bring all necessary cleaning equipment and solutions.
• Glazed balconies (glass railing and balcony only) and sunrooms are not included in standard cleaning but can be added to your booking.

• In addition to our general cleaning, we’ll dust handrails, banisters, stair rails, wipe down coat racks, and clean the fuse cabinet.

• We offer cleaning for additional areas, including storage units, garages, and balconies (including glazed balconies).
• Window cleaning for glazed balconies and sunrooms can also be added to your booking.
